Inserting steps

Was just wondering if anyone has any idea what to do when you try to insert steps in revit and the desired number of steps is different from the actual number of steps there are when you look at it in 3D.

Revit uses a standard riser and tread dimension to calculate how many are required, based on the height

of the floors ( Levels ) you are trying to connect.

When you sketch a Run, it will show how many risers are created, and how many are required, based on the floor to floor height from Level to Level.
