Incorrect Material takoff - real problem

Hi,

I have big problem with material takeoff. Investor whant exact schedule od material used in project. He need it for tender for main constractor.

so, when i try to join wall with floor, I will obtain incorrect material take of: look at printscreen. For me, its correct only when i used "join geometry" than "switch join order", this way it is really impractical, if I want to apply at 5000 elements.

Is there any way to make it correct?

(maybe better question for Autodesk, why there is this significant mistake in revit? )

thanks!

RVT file is in 2014.

Hello

Another issue is with wall joints when wall joins perpendicular wall. (also walls which make corners must be configured as miter if you do not want errors in takeoffs)

That meeans that Revit material takeoffs are NOT working correctly and can make problems in building process

😞
