“Inconsistent unit” while working with “schedules”!

“Inconsistent unit” while working with “schedules”!

 

I tried to create a quit simple schedule for windows that includes width, height and then to calculate area but I got the message “Inconsistent unit”

 

What might be my mistake?

Comes doen to "neutralizing" the units by dividing at least one of the parameters in the caculation by 1.
