If you are willing to take a few steps, install some software, keep
reading. Otherwise, disregard this message.
First, install Bentley's DGN viewer. Available as a free download from
their website (www.bentley.com)
Open the file and print to PDF.
You can use Ghostscript/Ghostview/pstoedit to convert PDF files
Download Ghostscript, GhostView and pstoedit all available here.
(http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/gsview/) Follow the directions for
installation for each program.
Then in GhostView open the PDF and convert it to DXF
