Is this possible? If so, best practice?
I am constantly linking CAD files as backgrounds and creating view templates. The view templates help tons when it comes to lots of views. I am just looking to increase efficiency further. Can the object styles be set up for imported CAD? so there is no need to adjust the CAD?
i.e. all cad is changed to black lineweight 1. but when i add a new layer in cad and reload the file. that new layer will have it's own linetype and i need to go back into V/G and override the settings and re-apply.
Can i set up the styles of all imported CAD backgrounds?
