Import my architectural stamp from ACAD

I get a message: import detected no valid elements in the files's papaer
space, do you want to import from model space?

The stamp will not import into the title block.

Has any one else had this problem? How have other imput there architectural
stamp onto the title block?

Have any one made one? How do I place the text in a radius in the stamp?
