Hi,

An imported dwg file is not a revit model. though you can explode the imported dwg to convert it's object to revit elements but it still

wont become revit 3d model. you can build your wall partition by selecting the 'pick lines' tool in sketch mode.

Hi,

Import a Cad file > Place it between four views (Elevational Views) > start to modelled yourself as per cad file. In Revit from Wall option modelled wall & Curtain wall, glass partition, Give wall height from Properties bar. From Column option modelled your column. There are different types of column in Revit. Imported cad file does not make any 3D model in Revit. You have to modelled objects own from Revit Tools.

Thanks & regards,
