How to label all the windows at a time with serial number?

How to label all the windows at a time with serial number?

I’m wondering if there is a way to label all the windows at a time with serial number.

Thank you

What you need to use is the "Tag All Not Tagged" command (which is shown as "Tag All" on the Ribbon icon), located on the Annotate tab. You can either select a group of elements (which don't all have to be Windows) or you can simply activate the command, which then applies to all elements visible in the current View. A dialog box will appear with a list of available Tags for each Category. Select the Window Tag you want to use, and each Window in the selection range will be Tagged with the selected Tag. If an element is already Tagged, Revit will not Tag it again with this tool.
