How to export a Revit file to dwg in the right scale

Hi, i'm having a really hard time here. I did a whole project in Revit, but now my client wants it in Autocad. Allright, i did everything i should, all the layers are set, but when i export in meters, the scale in the LAYOUT part in autocad is ok, but in the MODEL part is like 1000x bigger. And if i export in milimiters, the opposite happens, the model part is ok, but the layout part, which my sheet is exported the way it should, is 1000x smaller.

PLEEEASE help me.

strange...

have you done these?:

  1. in Revit set the unit for export as Meter: Application Menu > Export > Options >  Export Setup > Units and Coordinates - set to Meter
  2. in AutoCAD  set UNITS to Meter
