How do you draw a truncated pyramid from scratch; notwithstanding the Revit family pyramid?

2.  in Mass Family - Create > draw an Inscribed or a Circumscribed Polygon with 3- N sides > Create Form - an extrusion - select the top surface > Edit Profil - enters in sketch mode where you can Scale the top shape...
