How to Attach (link) a View to another View on a Sheet?

How to attach a small View B on a Sheet to a large View A, so that when the views are rearranged on a Sheet to finalize it for final printing, the small View B also moves with View A and maintain its relationship to View A?  (i.e., like the arrangements that we do in AutoCAD with the Viewports).

Note: One way to do it is, of course, to try select the desired views that you want to move with a Selection or Crossing Window, but this becomes tricky sometimes and also there might be some other small views that we also want to move and are missed, like it just happened to me, and then we have to try again, that is why I wonder if there is a way to link the small views to the large view.  Is that possible?)

Thanks in advance.

The best thing is to Save a selection filter
