How do I create a mass that is a loft to a point?

How do I create a form in the massing tools that is a lofted profile to a point?

Easy way: 

 

Make the "point" a very small profile, such as a 1mm square, which will be smaller than can actually be built.  Will be a solid.

 

Harder way:

 

make individual faces built of profiles of the "sides" of the object.  Won't be a solid.

 

More involved:

 

make a solid, then carve away with voids to form the "pointed" object.

Actually, Revit can go as far as 0.2 millimeters of distance between 2 or more points, to have a mass or surface end at "a point". For further reading about this, please refer to this thread in Revitforum:
