How do I change the transparency/translucency for in glass?

Hi, I'm an architecture student and relatively new user to revit and I wanted to use 'coated glass' (not entirely sure thats the correct term for it) in one of my projects and I'm wondering how I would achieve that. Do I change the transparency? If so, how?

To avoid confusion included a picture of what I mean:

I'd greatly appreciate any tips towards solving this,

thank you.

Alex.

Hi Alex.

It really depends on the version of Revit you are using ? Asuming that you´re on Revit 2011 here:

Create a new material based on the default "Frosted White" Glass marerial.

Change the "Roughness" option to aprox. 0,20

And you should get a result like this.
