How do I change ceiling height?

In the book (page 8-19) it says I need to change the basement ceiling height so that I can add a ceiling. When I go to the properties paletteI can't find anywhere to do this. Any suggestions?

Hello and Welcome to the discussion!

 

What book are you reading from?

Well - if you don't have a ceiling in already - you can't change the height.

You may need to change the level height to give you more room to place a level.

 

Does this make sense?
