help with retaining walls

I need to create a wall the has a profile (in plan view). COuld someone please advise how to do this

I think that the best way to model this is with a mass that has divided surfaces that are populated with adaptive components in the form of the "brick". It is rather long to explain but you can find some examples in the following blog:
