fixtures on reflected ceiling plan

I have fixtures on the reflected ceiling plan showing up in the foundation.  does anyone know how to stop this

1. Use a View Template in the Foundation Plan which automatically turns off the fixtures either by category or with Filters.

 

2. Make sure an Underlay is not turned on causing things from the RCP to appear in the Foundation Plan.

 

3. Check the View Range--cut plane, depth, etc. and make sure that it's not causing RCP items to appear in the Foundation Plan.
