Filled Regions

Sorry about being a pest today.
Titleblocks again. We have some "solid filled" areas that don't import
correctly from AutoCAD, so I'm redrawing them.
Only, the Filled Region doesn't have a "pick point" option (pick a point
inside an enclosed area to create the boundary - AutoCAD Hatch or
Boundary/BPoly command).
Is there any way to quickly create a filled region from existing lines and
arcs? The Pick arrow only let's me select one object at a time.

Pick one line and while hot Tab. Will pick all lines in chain.

did you get that? TAB while hovering over a line should pick the 'chain' of
lines, then click.

Or... Select one object. Hover over another further down the chain and hit
tab. This will select all in the chain from point a to point b.
