FILE DAMAGED - How to recuperate it manually?

Yesterday I've recorded normally my project but this morning I can't open it !!

I have a message like that: "your file is damaged and must be recuperated manually. Please contact Autodesk assistance service". I don't understand how to correct this error and above all, how to recuperate my project manually. If you had the same error, could you help me? Because there is not any telephone number to call for technical problems with autodesk?

For information, I work with revit architecture suite 2013. Next week, I downloaded the latest updates. Before to download it I had no problem. So could it be this last update which generate this "bug" to record my project?

In waiting your answers, I'm going to put back my license revit architecture suite 2013 in my computer. I will see if after I always have the same problem.

Thanks for your help.

In many cases corrupt files cannot be recovered. Here are a few options....

If you have a back-up I recommend recovering from it. Here's a link to a video that will help:

To manually recover the file yourself please see the information in the following link:

Hope this helps and thanks for posting.
