Exterior Elevation line weights

Is there a way to get a exterior elevation to show a dark line around the outside of the elevation. Traditionally, things that are closer or pop out or the perimeter has a darker line around it. With Revit it does not show any difference and thus the elevations come across very flat. We can turn on the advanced shadows....but that seems to tax the computer way more than what its worht and it still doesnt achieve the same effect. If anyone knows of a solution it would be great!!!

Thanks,

I played around with "silhouettes" for a while but i never could get
anything I liked
probably would have worked on a simple project.

i will be interested to see what others have to say.
