export to render

Hi,

I'm about to export my Revit model to a third party for rendering, which
they use a variety of softwares....such as 3DS Max and Photoshop.

What's generally considered the best route....the contractor says either dwg
or dxf is best. I've done lots of exporting via dwg....what's dxf all about?

DWX/DWG - you end up with the same geometry either way. I'd just do the
dwg... Photoshop doesn't take DWG oir DXF directly.
