Why do you want an API for image exporting when you already have an
interactive command that does it?

Because i need to publish images of the rvt files on the Web.
So somebody sends me an rvt file and i must show it on a Web Page.

Inside of Revit 8.1, there is a command in the "File" menu, there is an Export/to Image command.

Moreover, Export Image dialog has a checkmark that allows creation of a
browseable, hyperlinked web site. Why would not you simply use it? You
would not be able to hyperlink one jpeg file to another through API.
