Error whenever trying to place spot elevation Revit 2013

Hi,

We are using revit architecture 2013. Plus the latest Update release has been updated. Also, audited the revit file in which the error occurs.

Still whenever we place the spot elevation in section the error pops-up saying "Save recovery..an unrecovrable error has occured."

Though for a change the file doesn't shut. I'm able to work but the issue is, this error is often and quite disturbing.

Kindly revert if there's a solution.

Same for Structure 2013, rebooting machine keeps it at bay for awhile.

I believe you are both encountering a known issue for which we released a hotfix last fall: http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=DL22156470.  I highly recommend installing this hotfix, which will most likely resolve the problems you're encountering when placing spot elevations.

We resolved this at our office with a hot fix. Revit update 3

Or google Revit spot elevation crash fix

I am experiencing the same error with Revit crashing when I try to place spot elevations. The hotfix you linked to sounds like it will resolve the issue, but the link is broken. Can you please direct me to where I can download this fix? Thanks very much.
