Error when loading families What does it mean?

I get this message when we load families.  I dont have a clue what it refers to and want it fixed.  What do i tell my tech guy? How does it get fixed?

Hi,

Just click on "yes" as per your image here. Then you will get another dialog box which will show you total family. Just "Select All" families and then click on "Load". All families will be loaded in your project.
