Error "No circuit errors found" when deleting objects

I m receiving the following error on all projects whether they be existing or newly created. I am getting this error on Revit 2013 and Revit 2014. To reproduce all I have to do is try to delete ANY object in the model. has anyone seen this before?

It sounds like your "Check Circuits" function somehow has gotten "stuck on". When did this start happening? Have you tried a reinstall or a repair?
