energy simulation

anyone knows why i cannot run energy simulation in revit. It keeps telling me there is a problem and I need to contact with representative. I tried several models, same thing happens. Is this because I am using a student version.

Sorry for the late response. I response to posts on BPA forum which is related to Autodesk Energy Analysis and Daylighting tools. Recently I noticed that there are some posts on Revit forum too and I decided to spend some time and reply to the posts here. As an studnet you do not have any limitaion on using the energy analysis tool. Can you please do the following:

1. Login to Green Building Studio Website.
2. Find your project and see if there is any run failed. 
3. Share the screenshot of the error that you recieve from Revit here.
4. Shar the screenshoot of the error that you recive in GBS website.
