DWF's from Revit

Hello - I am experiencing a problem making DWF's from Revit. I can only make a hand full at a time. If I select a bunch it crashes. The BIM I am working on is over 100 meg - can that be affecting it? Does anyone know why and how I can fix this?

Thank you in advance for your help.

how are you creating them?
are you printing? if so, what dwf windows driver are you using?
are you exporting to 2d dwf? if so, do you need to?
does this just occur on 1 machine or many?
what are the specs of the machine?

We are creating them under the 'File - Export DWF - 2D DWF'.
We send the DWF's out to be printed.
We are using the Revit DWF Exporter, we are not changing anything in the print set-up.
Yes we are exporting 2D DWF's - it is what we sent to our printer.
It occurs on all machines. Everyone in our office received an new computer in the last 2 months, mine would be the oldest of the group, Pentium D CPU 3.00GHz 2.99 GHz, 2.00 GB of Ram

Printing DWF's was okay other then having to name everyone. Is there any way to get all of them to be in one file like you can do to PDF's?

Thanks for your help!
