More specifically, we have had trouble with print houses that haven't
updated to the latest printing software/drivers. One even has different
software on different machines and refuses to update the old one. Then
they're surprised every time they use the old machine and it prints wrong.
I wonder if they're surprised by the lack of new projects from us?

Today we exported a handful of our project's sheets to 2d DWF for
transmission to our local reprographics company. I received a call from
that group stating that the sheet number text on our titleblock was being
"nudged" approximately 1.5 inches to the right (off the printable area).
The border itself was properly centered. Odd.
Now, even more odd is the fact that in our copies of A'desk Design Review
AND the DWF viewers down at the printer's shop all of the text appears
correctly. If the sheets are sent to our in-house printers everything is
shown correctly.
A third-party software is used at the repro shop to send the dwf's to their
high-speed printers. The one Autocad-generated dwf in the group printed
perfectly; only the Revit dwf's exhibit the text placement error.
Is there something different about Revit-created dwf's of which we're
unaware? Up to this point the dwf utility seemed very efficient, but I was
forced to print pdf's of each sheet to get the job done...
