download revit trial

Hi, Im trying to download the revit 2014 trial version. For some reason i keep getting a error which shows up. I attached a image below. When I hover over it it writes the media does not contain content and will be downlaoded during instalation while configuring the installation and then when i go through the instalation process and it ends up failing to instal. Ive tried rebooting but it doesnt work. what do you suggest?

Can you please try disabling your firewall and anti-virus program and downloading the software from our Virtual Agent following these instructions?
