You should be able to order the media for the software in the subscription center if the download is not working for you. You will still need a network connection but it should help.
The attached image shows you where to click to get the media - this will open a new page and it will walk you through the ordering process. Just remember: after any changes you make alwasy hit the save changes button before going to the next page.
