Does anybody know of a way to swap out a door for a
window?  We have doors that we need to swap out for marvin sliding doors
that I have built as a window because the are ordered as windows

no, you could change your window family do a door family in the family editor. Under settings, family category...

So, would The door still show up on the window Schedule if it's done sdbrown's way?

It would schedule as a door when I would need it to schedule as a window.
