Doors and other types are missing

I downloaded Revit 2015 student version. The download appeared to go fine. Everything works and is loaded except the only generic "types" I have to work with (add to projects) are "walls." I have no "doors" or "roofs" or any others. It tells me I have none in my "vault." But even though I'm signed in I cannot do anything in my vault to fix this.

However, other students who've downloaded it have everything already.

What can I do to fix this?

When you download, it does not mean the content is there. Walls are there because they are system families and not loadable.
Do the following:
1- Control Panel.
2- Uninstall Revit.
3- Add content (Don't acutally uninstall or repair)
4- Choose you libraries.
5- Set the default.
6- Add content.
