Door Schedule From/To Room

How can I get the door schedule to recognize the from/to room in a linked project file? The room objects are in the linked file.

Hi TWILKS, go to schedule properties. Select the “Include elements in linked files” check box at left bottom corner.

I wish it was that easy. It is checked but the room areas are in the linked file and the doors Room Calculation Point is not reading the from/to of the room objects.

I use a tool BIM Query from CGS Revit addons that has paremeter (from room, to room...) already integrated in and can easily be applied to model.

Can you post a pic of you schedule properties please?

This is the method you use to display linked data. I use it all the time and works every time.

Are you changing the "select available fields" drop down to "From room" and "To room"? This is how you get it to show the room data.
