Domed roof

 

Hi

 

What method to do As shown Domed roof Make.

As it is difficult to explain by words the steps in order to obtain the mass, I made a record using Autodesk Project Chronicle (Dome Mass):

 But the more I make a pattern on the dome Is rotated by a small angle.

After you apply a pattern , play a little with the parameters: Offset, Belt Measurement and those from Pattern Application :Indent 1 and Indent 2 , etc.....

I didn't mention Grid Rotation ...in your case this must be the problem....but  I figure you already discoverded it ..usualy it is a align problem , that's what I said in my previous post...
