Different height eaves

I have a gable roof with two different eaves heights. Side 1 is at 7'-8" and side 2 is at 9'-0". How can I achieve this?

This is actually simpler than it sounds.

I created a roof by footprint. Select one of the sketch lines that is defining the slope. Then go up to the item properties, use the "Plate Offset from Base".
