Difference between standard and student version

Hi!
I was wondering if anyone here knows of any differences between the standard version of Revit Building 9 and the student version. I found a great deal for the student version the other day and I am wondering what the differences are. I know that with AutoCAD, when you plot it says that it was created using the student version (which is really annoying for pinups and final juries).

Thanks

You get the same lovely plot stamp with Revit. Other than that, it is fully
functional...and yes, extremely affordable. Enjoy~

While in school, I printed everything to pdf format and simply cropped-out
the plot stamp.

what if I send something to my home computer with the student version to work on & from there send it to my work computer-- is the stamp still there?

Even the smallest bit of data to have crossed the path or even set eyes upon
an educational version will forever be embedded with the plot stamp. So
make a point to restrict your files to one machine. Enjoy~

If you attend a qualified institution you may be eligible to download the
student version of Revit for free. Check the following link. If your
university is not listed there you can submit to have it approved.

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, my school (Catholic University of America) is not listed. One thing I am wondering about is this: Can one upgrade from the student version to the commercial version. And if so, at what cost? Is there a discount from moving from one version to the other?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe you can upgrade from the student version- you can find out from your local autodesk reseller, their locations can be found on the autodesk web site.
