Detail Numbers

I created a new sheet and dragged my plan and section onto it. The detail references on the plans and sections however do not update. What setting do I need to look at please?

The bubbles are by default filled with two values

1- The detail number it will get when that detail is placed on the sheet

2-The drawing number on which sheet it is placed

Underneath is basically more or less default behaviour with OOTB Revit.

Basically a sheet with one plan views and two section views placed.

I've already placed these sections on a sheet, but the detail numbers are not updating accordingly!

Strange. This is almost hardcoded in Revit.

Have you modified something to the Callout Head family you used?

Does it only happen in a single project or in all your (new) projects?

Can you upload your (stripped) project so that I can have a look.

(Make sure that after stripping the project the problem still exists)

You placed elevations, not sections on that sheet

Rick is correct. You did not place a section on the sheet.

As soon as I place section 1 on the sheet the bubble will fill with the data.
