Every time I create a detail callout from a floor plan, the callout shows as if it is in wireframe mode. Every component of the model is showing transparent even in hidden lines, shaded or realistic modes. The floor plan the callouts are created from is normal. If I create sections or elevations, they show normally, only when I create detail callout from the floor plan.
I already re-install my graphic driver and it is Revit says there is no graphic related issues on its options.
Looking at the Detail View properties, I see that there is no View Range option. This would indicate that there is no cut plane (so that elements below the cut plane in the plan view would be visible in the detail view). You could use the Far Clipping option to adjust visibility of elements below the detail view.
I found the following blog posting with information on changing this setting:

More information on this setting is available in the WikiHelp:
Cut a View by the Far Clip Plane
I see it happening on the sheet view - do you have an active view? Can you deactivate the view - from the ribbon?
It is a shot in the dark but that is what it looks like to me...
