Desktop Application Manger

I just got an update dilalog announcing an Application Manager that, upon loading, will be installed in the desktop to automatically update my Autodesk application, to download updates from the cloud, etc.

Let me ask, are all of you getting it? (and it is legitimate from Autodesk?)

Is there any suspected caveat about this installation?
