Design Options & text

I am not terribly experienced in Revit and am currently working in Architecture 2012. I need to create several options for a space that requires adding text & arrows specific to the option. Is there an easy way to do this?

Text, Tags, and other annotation elements cannot be included in a Design Option. You can include the model elements, but each alternate configuration would have to have it's own View for the purposes of annotating. The visibility of the Design Options is controlled under Visibility/Graphics Overrides » Design Options.
