Cutting a Sweep - Brick Family

Hi,

I have created a wall with a sweep as a cornice. I need to make holes in it with bricks in a shape of arch. I tried forming wall-based family with void but it doesn't cut cornice. Making an opening cuts through a wall also while i want to cut only sweep. What would be the best solution for this.

You could try to create a face based void family. Voids tend not be the best elements to use in a Revit and tend to slow down Revit more than other elements.

Another solution to be considered might be to create a separate line based family for those elements like the quick example hereunder.
