Is there a way to customize the break line? We have been playing with it and when we edit the standard breakline, replace the linework ans save as. but in the file it doesn't appear to adjust with the changing of the scale.
I had no problem editing the standard breakline family to add more break symbols. What are you trying to do to the breakline family. Could you post an image of what you want to end up with graphically?
