Delete the mullions on one side of the connection and change the type of the mullions on the other side to a corner mullion type. the corner mullion family should connecty and match the angle of the 2 curtain walls.

I have attached an image for reference - but the steps to change a mullion:

1. Select one of the mullions and unpin.

2. Delete the mullion

3. Select the remaining mullion and unpin.

4. In the type selector change the mullion to the desired result.

There are several types to choose from - try each one to get the desired outcome.
