Create Formula for an Area Schedule

I have an Area Schedule which shows Leasable and Non-Leasable areas and their totals. I'd like to add a line to the Schedule called "Net-to-Gross Factor" which would divide the Non-Leasable SF by the Total SF to give Factor's number. I am not understanding how to fill out the Formula box under the Field's "Calculated Value" button.

Can someone walk me through this?
Thanks!

Can u describe in wat way are u filling those fields in the Calculated Value Dialog Box?

If you are calculating the area, select AREA in the TYPE field of CALCULATED VALUE dialog box. See if that helps.

The formula would use the names of the parameters. These names are case sensitive, so watch out. It would take the form Parameter 1/Parameter 2 for the formula.

Sorry, I've been out for a while. I'll give it a try, thanks.
