CPU to run Revit Architecture

I'm interested in a new computer to run Revit Architecture but don't know which one will perform better. Will there be any noticeable difference to upgrade to the second option?

Options 1:
ZT Affinity 7338 Ma AMD Phenom™ II X4 Processor 945 (3.0GHz) w/ 8GB DDR2 SDRAM memory (4 x 2GB, shared); AMD 780V / SB700 chipset; Integrated ATI Radeon™ HD 3100 graphics with DVI

Option 2:
ZT Desktop Core Intel® Core™ i7 Processor 860 (2.80GHz), Intel® H55 chipset; 8GB DDR3 SDRAM Memory, 16GB MAX w/ ATI Radeon™ HD 5450 Video Card w/ 1GB VRAM

I welcome all suggestions.

Thanks.

the old i7 860 is expected to be replaced
any day now and the new one will probably
only be $50 more- i would definitely wait
for that..

What's the cost difference between the two?

The i7 by a long shot - AMD has nothing on the scene that can match it.

AMD is $699.99 including Microsoft Office 2007

i7 is $999.99
