Corrugated roofs with Revit LT

Could someone let me know how to create a corrugated roof using Revit LT. I want to to put trapezoidal roof sheeting onto a building but the roof families/parts don't include this option. TIA>

Hi Stuart,

Here's an older similar post: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Revit-Architecture/I-NEED-THIS-ROOF-IS-URGENT/td-p/2218358

There is no shape for this in Revit, but you can create your own in-place family or roof by extrusion to generate it. You could also try using structural framing, as explained here: http://revitfamilies.blogspot.com/2008/08/quantify-profiled-roof-sheeting.html?_sm_au_=iVV0S5qW4kt6V... but you would have to place the beams individually in LT rather than using the beam system approach.

Thanks for the information. I'll have a go and see what happens.
