Copying Wall to next level and keeping "Lock" functionality

Hi there, i have locked a wall to reference planes in the Groundfloor. When i move the Reference Planes the walls move and adapt too. When i copy the walls into the first floor the constraints get lost. Is there a way to keep the constraints? This would be really usefull when working with large Projects.

I have tried to use Grids instead of reference planes but it also looses the the constraints. It is pretty strange to me because then i create columns and i choose the functionallity at Grid and then copy the coulmns in the next floor the colums in all floors are moving when i move the grid.

When i create a floor and lock the lines in sketchmode to the reference planes or Grids -> Finish sketch Moden and then copy the floor in the next level. i can also moves and adapts.

Does anybodyknow a solution for this issue ?
