Content Files

Hi All,

Recieved my Revit series 9 disks in the mail in the yearly subscription update, installed on our 1 stand alone seat first. Then found out that the main build file had "Flaws" - suprise suprise!!

Downloaded the new build file from Adesk and fixed it, now the problem!

I have all the content on the install disks but the build is no good, I want to install from the new build but get content from CD's.
Is this possible?
I am sick and tired of having to go to the web for the content. Its a huge chunk of bandwidth to take out of our companies monthly included package.

ANy suggestions??

Apart from the obvious one like autodesk sending out a new disk 1?
Provide an .iso file of disk 1.

I need to create a network deployment next and am going to have all these problems again!!! Message was edited by: Discussion Admin

If all you are bothered about is network deployment, don't worry. You can download the new build without content and use the content from existing disks

Yes, install from the cd, then when you install the updates, uncheck the box for install content.
