Condec Grid System & Info

Hi

Our firm is thinking of transitioning our titleblocks and numbering of details to include the Condec Grid System, where you have a grid on the exterior of your titleblock(A,B,C... on the side and 1,2,3,4... on the top. On a sheet if the detail title tag lies in grid A & 3, the detail # would then be assigned - A3. Its a way of numbering your details that we are interested in. The only info we have is just referencing a set from another firm. I have searched and searched for info, however no luck finding anything. Anybody have a reference that I could use? Am I even calling it the right name -Condec?

Also, does Revit support this system of numbering details? Where it would recognize the grid and change the numbering accordingly?

Currently, no Revit does not support this numbering system.
