Concrete Stairs with Winder

I am having trouble constructing a concrete stairs between two levels with a winder at both end.  Upon creating the precast stairs, Revit will not allow me to complete the winders in concrete.  I have tried sketch mode to draw the stairs but all I am able to do is create a timber stairs with a curved winder.

Can anyone assist me in how to construct a concrete stairway with winders at both end.

Would it be possible to create a couple more Levels ( for creating small individual winder stairs at Lower and Upper Levels )

and build the starirs with 3 individual winder stairs?

Level 1 Bottom

Level 1 Winder ( with Landing at specific height above Level 1) 

Level 2 Top

Level 2 Winder ( with Landing at soecific height below Level 2)

Run 1 from Level 1 up to Levl 1 Winder

Run 2 from Level 2 down to Level 2 Winder

I have not tried this in Revit, but it seems possible in theory.

I appreciate you getting back to me on this issue.  Firstly, I am new to Revit Architecture, and I am trying to understand its operation. Please bear with me.

I am having trouble grasping your solution to construction of the stairs with winder.  Can you please explain more in detail how to achieved this.
