I'm having a bit of trouble making the transition from Rhino to using the coneptual massing environment. I have a surface that I need to show a solid border around. In Rhino, its as simple as piping a profile aroudn the edges. When trying this in Revit, it deletes the whole surface, or gives an error. Is there any way to easily take a profile and sweep it around a curvilinear surface? Or am I looking at this the wrong way?
Thanks!
Thank you for your post. In this case I have included a helpful link below to a movie on this inquiry. Please review and let us know in the community if this helped in answering this post. Judging by the Rhino software use, if a more precise tool is needed for smaller mechanical parts, a possible alternate would be our inventor software. I have included a link below that one for reference and review. I hope this helped. Thank you.
